Topic: La dépénalisation du cannabis
The United Nations OMS committee,
Deeply Concerned by the increasing tolerance of cannabis in most parts of the western world, as seen with the depenalisation of all drugs by Portugal or even the legalisation of pot in certain American states.
Alarmed by the increasing number of marijuana users in the world, pot has seen a stark rise in popularity over the past 10 years. A study surveyed over 36,000 adults in 2012–13, asking participants if they had used marijuana in the past year. About 9.5% of respondents said they had used pot — double that of the decade before, when the same question elicited a 4.1% affirmative among 43,000 adults,
Deeply Disturbed by the health issues linked to cannabis use for the safety of Russian and worldwide population. Use of marijuana induces delusions, psychosis, impaired memory and most importantly reduced cerebral development,
1.Encourages other countries to keep on with the repression of cannabis, hence strictly disallowing it under any legal form.
2.Calls upon countries to increase, or at least maintain, the amount of drug squads in their country to fight the increasing amount of cannabis users in the world.
3.Recommends other countries to incite their populations to stop using marijuana under any circumstance, through the medium of education and anti-cannabis campaigns.
