Sujet: « Comment assurer une alimentation nourrissante a un prix abordable et de façon équitable dans le monde d’aujourd’hui »
The General Assembly,
Alarmed by the increase of the world’s undernourishment increase: +6.6 % in Southern Asia and +10.3 % in Sub-Saharan Africa,
Declaring that the rich countries consume approximately 3380 kcal/day, the poor countries only consuming up to 2195, keeping in mind that the recommendation is 2600 kcal/day,
Having examined that there are persistent problems in the world (global warming, dryness, desertification, urbanization, and the water cycle), consequently affecting the agricultural industry,
Reminding all nations that the biggest private owner of lands of the Argentine Republic is Benetton Group, they own 844,200 hectares of land,
I. Encourages all nations to reduce food waste in the poor and rich countries by doing the following:
a. Invest in researches to reduce food waste on the land and in the process of fabrication, transport and stock.
b. Educate and fine individuals and companies throwing out food.
c. Impose regulations restricting and educating individuals and companies about the dangers of consuming out of season products,
d. Finance researches on technology permitting agriculture to consume less petrol energy, less water all while preserving water and the quality of the land.

II. Urges all delegations to install laws controlling and reducing the competitivity of the land by:
a. Prioritizing agricultural activities to bicarbonates and textile farms.
b. Investing in 2nd generation bicarbonates researches.
c. Allowing food sovereignty.
d. Developing food crop culture.
e. Forbidding countries to import at prices lower than the market rate, allowing the exporting country to develop, and to improve their way of producing, at higher quality.
III. Educating and regulating farming techniques by:
a. Investing and informing about various agricultural techniques such as organic agriculture, reasoned agriculture.
b. Financing and recommending high environmental value agriculture.
