The delegate of Poland,
Having studied the conditions in which Artificial Intelligence is deployed today
Bearing in mind the abilities of these technologies, particularly in the collection of data and the exploitation of these resources
Confident that Artificial Intelligence is an asset to human development, if it is well put in place and controlled
Keeping in mind the negative consequences of the abuse of such technologies
I. Urges all nations to create a UN-based task force to:
A. Protect the rights of citizens and contain the overexploitation of these rights by A.I.
B. Control the spread of A.I., as nations do not fully master these technologies
C. Help countries to control the use of A.I and technology in industries, as no major entity is fulfilling this task
II. Enforces annual controls by companies in order to ensure the AI employed in their workforce
A. Respects the data and rights of their employees
B. Is not dangerously affecting the jobs offered by companies
III. Ensures the data collected by private companies’ resources is not exploited by A.I. in order to target content such as but not limited to commercial advertisement or political advertisement in periods of elections
IV. Condemns the use of A.I. as a weapon in places of military conflict, particularly in the form of LAWS
V. Recommends a greater awareness by the governments on the way A.I. is used in their country
VI. Implements education programs for children in order for them to
A. Be aware of the uses of A.I. in modern societies
1. In the workplace
2. On social media
B. Understand the abilities and limits of these technologies
VII. Encourages the implementation of advertisement campaigns throughout different mediums such as but not limited to: television programs, social media or on the internet in order to raise awareness about the issues of A.I.

Aware of the insufficiency of information on the development of Artificial intelligence
Fully believing that with enough knowledge, A.I’s can be controlled
Keeping in mind the everlasting technological advancements developed by international researchers
Recognizing the fact that A.I’s can be used for our advantage
I. Urges all nations to put in place a strict set of guidelines for the creation and possession of A.I.s, covering:
A. Private safety obligations
B. Cybersecurity obligations
C. Termination obligations
II. Encourages all nations to inform their population on the dangers of Artificial Intelligence on their security through:
A. Television programs
B. Newspaper and Magazine articles
C. Pamphlets and brochures
III. Reminds all nations about the dangers of letting AI into our lives
IV. Urges all nations to restrict the amount of personal data each individual can put in the hands of Artificial Intelligence
V. Requests for all nations to inform themselves and others on how an AI functions and how it collects information
VI. Encourages each nation to control the possession of people’s personal data for companies such as:
A. Apple
B. Google
C. Facebook
VII.Urges all nations to review international law regarding Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity
